Delete your Trinhs Kitchen Group account

This page explains how to delete your account for the Trinhs Kitchen Group app, published by Trinhs Kitchen Group , and what happens to your information when you do.

Option 1 — delete it in the app

This is immediate and does not need to go through us.

1. Open the Trinhs Kitchen Group app and sign in.
2. Tap Profile in the bottom bar.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm when asked. Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

Option 2 — ask us to delete it

Use this if you have already removed the app, or cannot sign in. Email info@trinhsgroup.com.au from the email address on the account, with the subject Delete my account. We may ask you to confirm a recent order so that nobody else can close your account. We action requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in details, including your email address and password.
• Your name, phone number and saved address.
• Your saved favourites.
• Any unused rewards points and vouchers. These cannot be restored or transferred.
• Your device's registration for order notifications, so the app stops sending them.

What is kept, and for how long

• Records of orders you have already placed — the items, the amount paid and the date. Australian tax and business record-keeping law requires us to keep these, so they are not deleted with your account. We keep them for 5 years from the date of the order, then remove them. They are no longer linked to a usable account and you can no longer see them in the app.
• Payment records held by our payment provider, Stripe, under their own retention rules. We never store your card number.
• Crash and performance reports collected by the app. These are not linked to your identity, and are held for up to 90 days.
